TRM‐120 / TRM‐130B
The TRM‐120 / TRM‐130B thread rolling machines is designed for high-precision chuck-type grinding, incorporating Diaphragm & Air Chuck technology for stable and accurate clamping. Built with a high-rigidity ultra-precision linear guide, it ensures long-lasting durability and smooth operation.
Equipment Overview
A machine that cold expands the inner and outer diameters of cylindrical products or forms the shape by mandrel and forming roll.
Forming Quality
Metal flow is formed by plastic processing, so heat treatment deformation is small, dimensions are stable, and wear resistance is greatly improved.
Cost Reduction
Material yield is improved by 20~30% in the case of bearings. Low cost, shortened C/T, long tool life due to cold plastic processing.
Cold Forming Range
Products are expanded by about 20% in outer diameter. Dimension Control
Dimension Control
Control by setting the range in multiple stages in NC CONTROLLER. SIZING is attached depending on the situation, so that the final dimension can be modified.
