TRM‐120 / TRM‐130B
The TRM-120 / TRM-130B is a next-generation cold rolling and forming machine designed for high-speed ring shaping and dimensional expansion. Using a mandrel and forming rolls, the machine forms both the inner and outer diameters of cylindrical workpieces without heat, enabling precise cold forming.

Forming Quality
Metal flow is formed by plastic processing, so heat treatment deformation is small, dimensions are stable, and wear resistance is greatly improved.
Cost Reduction
Material yield is improved by 20~30% in the case of bearings. Low cost, shortened C/T, long tool life due to cold plastic processing.
Cold Forming Range
Products are expanded by about 20% in outer diameter.
Dimension Control
Control by setting the range in multiple stages in NC CONTROLLER. SIZING is attached depending on the situation, so that the final dimension can be modified.
